Bellasera is a beautiful community, tucked beside picturesque Lone Mountain in North Scottsdale. Bellasera is a guard-gated community consisting of 360 homesites on its 290 acres. Construction of the neighborhood began in 1998 and was completed in 2001. The community consists of eleven different floor plans, ranging in size from 1,394 square feet to 3,387 square feet. Regardless of square footage, each home has a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The clubhouse at Bellasera is a 5,000 square foot facility featuring state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Within the clubhouse, residents have access to a multi-purpose room, lounge area, and men’s and women’s locker facilities equipped with steam rooms.
